Please do not eat here. Something is always wrong when I dine in or order from here. Staff are not well trained. Items and kitchen are not clean. They are always running out of things. Staff here do not look happy at work. Recent ordered from uber eats—chips and sides were missing. The sofrita looked like someone stepped on it. Avoid this location Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The food is good but, POC beware!!! This establishment is very prejudiced. This was my second time visiting this establishment for a pick up order and as I went towards the pick up shelf to grab my order, an employee literally ran from behind the counter and tried to snatch it out of my hand. Then, her and another co-worker asked if they can see a confirmation. I showed my confirmation on the app and then they asked if they could see an email confirmation. My mother has also had the same experience from this establishment as well. This whole situation has made me very uncomfortable and now I don’t even want to go back there. Everyone is not a thief. If you feel like you have too much stealing going on, leave the orders in the back and bring them out by name like other establishments do. That was embarrassing. Lived next to this Chipotle for 2 years - the regional manager as well as the store manager should be fired. I won’t eat there because of the lack of sanitation. The counters, floors, and bathrooms are always disgusting. Online orders are never on time. This is a great location and would have a ton of traffic if the store was run correctly. There needs to be a change in leadership from the top to find a manager that will show employees how to run this store efficiently with quality food. Worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. I went to this store last night around 8:30pm. The staff was scraping the bottom of the containers to make a bowl for myself, and a few others in front of me. The staff had an attitude and didn't seem like they were going to be preparing more food before the 10pm close. portions here are small and 5 out of the 5 times I've been to this location the majority of the food is old or gone. I dont blame the employees the managment is clearly lacking. 6 PM dinner rush the food should all be stocked and fresh. do yourself a favor and go to a different location or support a local restaurant. I live close and only go here as a last resort.

They did a great job, prompt service, friendly attitude and gave me the portions I requested. Love this place - they’ve had staffing issues in the past but seems as if they really stepped it up. A very hit or miss Chipotle, but still a Chipotle. It's luck whether or not you come in at a good time. Most of the time it's alright but 1/3 of the time they'll get an order wrong or be extremely slow. At least the food is pretty consistent, and you usually get the right thing. Came here at 9:15 on Saturday night. When we walked in there was one worker standing at the register with headphones in talking on the phone. We had to ask if they were open and she said yeah but we have no food and EVERYTHING was empty. I'm a Chipotle fanatic and this location does not do the brand justice. The staff always look like they hate working there and they frequently are out of key ingredients including salad dressing. It is still Chipotle so the food is decent by fast-casual standards, but it is well worth the few minutes drive to another location. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Ordered online, super hungry after work and the gym. I pick up the order, my bowl is half full. They all look at each other like what should I do? One guy takes the bowl and puts rice and beans in it. (see picture) "Are you serious?" He turns his back on me and walks away... you know who you are rotten orange haired kid. I'm probably done with Chipotle, did not even eat the food. Who knows what else he did to it??!!! Waste of money, time, energy and app doesn't even work anymore, have to order as guest...rip.
