What a disaster! I placed the order at 445 for a 530 pickup, it was ready at 550. I ordered a veggie burrito bowl and IT CAME WITHOUT VEGGIES! My daughter in law ordered a burrito and got a bowl! The other burritos were 1/2 the size they usually are. WILL NOT RETURN! This is their third strike- I’ve given three chances to get it right. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The worst chipotle experience I've ever had. Not a single worker was kind. One of the workers flipped another off in front of us. We waited in line for 10 minutes behind others while the workers walked around behind the counter. Finally, one put gloves on and served us. They also didn't have any guacamole, which I understand if they run out of, but they said it would take an hour and they forgot to make it. ??? The chips we got had no salt on them at all and that's one of the best parts. Never coming back. Whoever manages this place needs to visit more often. Always dirty when I walk in. Several staff members (teenagers) standing around talking while floor, tables, drink station are all filthy. Trash overflowing. Poor customer service, a simple “sorry, we are out of vegetables today” would do instead of just starring at me. Chip portion is 1/2 of what they used to be. Worst experience at a Chipotle I’ve ever had. Line closed accepting online orders only. Order was missing items, guacamole was brown, and when we raised concerns to the staff, we were told that “guacamole just oxidizes quickly” and to “call corporate” if we had any concerns. It’s quite clear that no one working here tonight cares about doing a good job. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I placed an order for pickup & once i got home to eat it, I noticed a dead bug in my bowl. I have been trying to get in contact with the store but the robot wont direct me to a real person. There were 7 employees working when I came in tonight. One older lady at the register and 7 younger people. The gray haired lady at the register was the only one that showed any sense of urgency whatsoever. Everyone else was literally in slow motion no matter how long the line grew. Because the only guy making the food was taking so long the lady at the register had time to empty garbage bags, and wipe down tables, which is good bc the place was filthy. The guy making the food refused to write on the food containers for the cashier though she asked several times, and he put about half the amount of chicken and guacamole in my bowl as usual. Hope you like rice, meat and beans because that's pretty much all this place had in stock. No salad dressing, no cheese of any kind, no peppers and no disclosure anything was out of stock. Serve was poor. The cashier didn't say a word during checked out. I had to ask for a drink and he just picked up a cup and slammed it down in front of me. I love Chipotle and eat at my local chain often. The food was still good but it's disappointing to expect a certain meal and not get it while still paying full price for a basic bowl. I know your options are limited but do NOT come here - massive food safety issues. We were here for over an hour. Staff was horribly rude, Store was a mess, out of everything with zero communication. When they realized they were going to have to restock watched them cook raw food over a dirty grill then use raw bacteria coated utensils on cooked food to serve. When out of sour cream came and poured a new counter OVER an old one that was empty and had clearly been sitting. When I said something they were full blown belligerent. Staff is incompetent at best - manager was rude and walked off leaving our... I don't even know what to call it - half orders? (Because we couldn't get over half of what we wanted and what they did slip out was small portion old and cold or badly cooked). This was far and away the worst experience I have ever had. The whole experience was over an hour - still were out of so many items and were just plain rude - there were a few families ahead of us with crying children that were hungry waiting. This place is a nightmare and Chipotle as a whole should be ashamed and this store yanked. By far this is the worst Chipotle I have ever seen - do not eat here - my 8 year old son thinks this is the worst incident at Chipotle since the company started and he really tried to see the good. Terrible representation for Chipotle and in the tourist town of Hershey.

There are probably many reasons why the service was so poor at this place, but I am not sure any of them excuse having undercooked food and a dirty restaurant. We literally had to clean (wipe down) our own tables, and bag our own trash. Although the food was served within a reasonable time, it was warm, undercooked, and most main ingredients were out of stock. We had kids with us, and all of the meat was spicy. When we asked about it, we were told "we should expect to get spicy food when coming to a Mexican restaurant." My kids eat at (other) Chipotles fairly regularly, and we have never had an issue like that. I would rather wait longer for properly prepared food. To top it off, the staff was rude, dismissive, and totally non-apologetic. Finally, the staff put up a sign which read that they would only accept online orders. I felt bad for the people that didn’t see the sign and waited in line, only to be turned away. Won't be returning. Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

They ripped me off. I paid for extra food and never received it. When confronting Marlon (the manager) about the issue, he gave me a spoof number to call and would not remedy the problem. When on chipotles website to report the encounter, it would not allow a complaint to submit. 9-16-22, order number MG6-EA9. Time 2045. I thought better of you Apple Realty. I guess it is just a cash cow you need no effort into. This business literally stole my money and laughed about it. Please Derry Township residents and guests. Do not support this place. This is not Hershey hospitality. Go anywhere else who will appreciate your hard earned cash.
