The quality of food has gone down over the years while the price of it has been extremely high. Without going-in I could tell the fried chicken has been on racks for most of the time. They don't taste fresh or crispy which is disappointing when you think about how much you paid for the food. For sides I got a "large" Mac & Cheese which wasn't even a large bowl, it was two small cups of Mac & Cheese. The biscuits that came with were nothing special and rough to eat. Every time I go here. I receive awesome service but the one thing that gets on my nerves is the false advertising. They have spicy 🌶️ chicken 🍗 on the menu and big ahh displays but never have it. They don’t say, oh we ran out. They just don’t have it. So why display it, getting people hopes up and then they have to pick something else. If you don’t have it, don’t display it. Dissatisfied 😒 My order was a 2 piece chicken w/biscuit and a pepper. It was okay, not hot. 3 piece chicken combo. The only thing good and hot was the side order of mash potatoes. The chicken was old and dried out-all 3 pieces and they forgot the soda. I ordered a chicken sandwich combo and a chicken sandwich only. Smoked chicken was tasty. It's has hint of smoke BBQ flavor and is well marinated into the chicken. I'm just not sure 1 piece of chicken, 1 biscuit and a scoop of mash tater is worth $8. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
