My grandmother and I stopped by to grab a quick lunch today around 3 pm. It has been forever since I’ve been to a Cicis pizza. The woman who waited on us (didn’t get her name) was lovely. She was so friendly, welcoming, and attentive to the buffet. It’s so hard to run across great customer service like that these days. Keep that woman and give her some more $$!! 😊 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The cicis in Opelika is my best one. The manager is so sweet to everyone and interacts with her customers on a personal level. The food was fresh and the place was clean. I will recommend this place to anyone. If you want a friendly atmosphere then eat here.
