Love Cinnabon! They have such good cinnamon rolls and they are always so warm and gooey! Best cinnamon rolls ever!

I just want to say that an employee named Michal, is an absolute gem. We had nice conversation and they helped me quickly and I appreciate sweet employees.

Terrible service. Terrible coffee. When I ordered a mocha I was asked “you want that iced?” So I said no actually I wanted it hot and she said ok. She made our drinks and set them on the counter. I picked mine up and instantly realized it was cold but took a sip to be sure. It tasted like cold milk straight from the fridge. When I told her it was cold she said “yeah. It’s a latte so I had to add milk to it”. I said I know but she cut me off and said she can’t use the steamer. So I asked her if I could have it iced and she remade it (tasted terrible). SHE KNEW IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE TO MAKE ME A HOT DRINK AND LET ME ORDER A HOT DRINK. Then she served me a cold drink in a hot drink cup as if I wouldn’t notice. Unbelievable! 🤬🤬🤬
