That was the worst circle K I've ever been to.. No water for sale! None! The chick working (not working) in the store was on speaker phone the whole time. Didn't say a word other then," no." when asked about having water. Smh.. glad it's not my local station..

Horrible place. Makes me sad. Why say open 24 hours if NOT open 24 hours. So mean. Am crying. Sad. I want takis. Update your hours so you don’t lead on poor dumb students.

Staff parks in the handicapped spot. When asked, by someone with a handicapped parking tag who is in the spot, the response was "I'm only here a minute, come on."
Honestly it's the last straw with a lack of compliance in local mask ordinances from staff and customers.
I've emailed corporate and am requesting the spot be repainted and actually reserved for disabled customers. That employee should have gotten a very expensive ticket.

Stopped in to buy some drinks. It was really dirty and cluttered. The two clerks were very rude and unhelpful. I've worked in customer service for many years, and I'd be fired if I talked to people the way they did.

Dont get gas here EVER!! I used my debit card to get gas on 5/2 and they put $101 hold on my card in addition to my $4.37 in gas it now 5/7 and my money is still not returned. Over $101 on hold for almost week!! My tank doesn't even hold close to $101

I would like the contact information of the owner to discuss my experience with this establishment. I was refused service no more than 30 minutes ago simply off an accusation an employee made that is false to begin with. There are plenty of other gas stations in the area, don’t waste your time with this one.

Last night, I purchased gas and a car wash at the Circle K on Main by Hancock Stadium Halfway through the car wash, the machine broke down, leaving my vehicle covered in suds. I pulled around and went inside. The cashier was too busy eating her cereal to really help me, so she yelled across the store to another worker. This person told me to go to the Circle K by Arby’s which I did but that Circle K doesn’t have a car wash. I then went across the street to the other Circle K and the clerk was very nice but their car wash was broken. She sent me back to the original station and by this time, all the soap was dry on my vehicle. I went in to the Cicle K and told them the other car wash was broken. They refunded my money but seemed like it was a bother—no apology for sending me on a wild goose chase but the clerk had finished her cereal. I’ve used this station often but will not be returning. Poor customer service is an understatement!
