I’m a regular customer at this circle K and i have never had any issues with this location. Just moments ago my fiancé (he is mixed) went to get one of his favorite drinks and the 3rd shift night person decided to tell him they didn’t have his drink in stock . He told her that he knows the drink is there because he got the drink a little bit before the doors were closed. The employee continued on with her answer swearing up and down that they didn’t have his drink and was rude so he came home upset because how she treated him. I decided to try myself within 5 min of him coming home and she went straight to the pop and rang it out for me (I’m white). How does someone just find an item within minutes apart of each other. I told my fiancé and he called up there and the employee answered. He asked her what the issue was on why he wasn’t able to purchase the drink but i was and she paused for a moment, stuttered, paused again and then said she just didn’t see it at first then hung up on him. As a loyal customer that always comes here, we will no longer be coming to this location.
August 30th, 2023 @ 3:07AM I went to Circle K at 1383 Wooster Rd. W. Barberton, Ohio 44203-7226 location. I rang the bell and waited, 30 seconds passed and I didn't see anyone, so I rang the bell again only to hear a nasty yell screaming "I'm coming!" When I say this lady yelled this, I really mean she yelled this with such an attitude. When she finally got to the window, her disdain for me being there was written all over her face. Your job is in customer service, 3rd shift or not. I have worked 3rd shift in customer service for 20 years and I would never treat a customer the way you did me tonight. This is like the 3rd time I have had you wait on me and I will tell you, there won't be a 4th. Longtime, loyal customer now gone. I will drive to another location, even though it is further, just to avoid you. Heavy set woman, prolly in her 30s, always wearing a pony tail. Brown hair and just a nasty attitude. Good luck Circle K. You're gonna need it with this woman. Every time this woman has a nasty attitude. Now the older lady that also works 3rd shift is so pleasant and polite. She is awesome. Of course this woman that's nasty never has a name tag on, so who knows what her name is. I prolly wouldn't wear a name tag either treating people like that. I'm just saying. Circle K, you can do better. She sucks. You are losing money, especially mine.
Never had cashiers that seemed to be so bothered to do their jobs. Not just on one occasion, but every worker and every visit it's the same. I'm not quite sure if they only hire lazy and rude people or if they just don't care if customers come back, but there's no customer service to speak of. They'd prefer you just ring yourself out and their machine rarely works right. They just stand right there watching. You get the attitude for free just for stopping in and not knowing the quirks of their whack self checkout. I would skip this place and go literally anywhere else when possible.
Not only did I come in for hot chocolate on a 28 degree day and snowy and they didn’t even want to change it for it to work when I went to pay for gas they still made me do self check out while both employees stood there talking and on phones 12/18/22 12:50pm
Literally got here at 950 the girl ignores me then proceeds to count her drawer after I've rang the bell twice. She then tried I'm counting my drawer so I continue to get ignored til they close lol really
