Cashier is extremely rude everytime we are in this location. Doesn't acknowledge that we are at register waiting, doesn't greet customers or even tell you total. Today she stood texting on her phone while we waited to be cashed out. Didn't even look up then proceeded to tell us texting was a priority over customers and swore army daughter and and threw the change at us.
Avoid this store. Seen the manager screaming at a female employee to the brink of tears two separate times because her performance is being hindered by "that time of the month." Who knows how often this happens?
My previous review was a 4 due to bad service consistently but I wanted to change it today due to Kay. She was the opposite of every experience I’ve ever had here. She moved with a sense of urgency, was nice and respectful which I typically haven’t seen out of employees here. It’s easy to go right across the street to Sunoco so it’s important that you guys give great service and Kay definitely embodies the crew you need to compete with that!
It's just okay, a lot of overpriced stuff, you can ask them to order something for you, which is very possible for them to do and they negligently forget to do so.
