The store is horrible. I work a third shift job every time I go there late at night all the lights are on it says it's open 24 hours but the store is locked up and closed with an employee yelling from behind the counter "we're closed!!!" If you're going to take breaks or a lunch break at least turn the lights off or put signs up that say when you'll be on break so we don't waste our time even stopping. I won't waste my time anymore stopping. Try the THORTONS up the road It's just a mile away on East Mound Rd.

My only issue was they couldn't sell money orders, other than that no problems. It's usually well stocked and clean, convenient for USPS employees next door.

In my day a Convenient Store ment Convenience. You pay a little more to have the Convenience.
This Circle K here is a nightmare 😫.
As soon as you walk to counters they pointe to the Do it Yourself Kiosk... I have cash Circle K .10$ off a gallon card and need tobacco. On top of that there is a sign on the Do it Yourself saying NO CHANGE....
So here we go... after a very irritating long Unconvenient time I looked up as the 2 people behind counter was noticing my inconvenience I asked how do I get my tobacco and change for my gas and stuff.
They asked why I looked so irritated 😤.
Circle K Convenience Store.
So I said I'm done I'll get my Gas and Suff Someplace else.
They Responded.....
"You Don't have to be like that".......

They couldn't mess up the checkout system at this convenience store if they tried harder. It's utterly ridiculous. Update: The service has gotten even worse three months after the original review. Barely hanging on to one star.

It's definitely not a 24-hour store, even though the lights are on and an employee is inside. There is always -- and I mean ALWAYS -- a sign up that says the employee is taking a restroom break. I mean, obviously people should be able to use the toilet when they need to, but it's bizarre that that sign is up more often than not.

Horrible store! It's not open 24hrs like it's supposed to be and the employees are very rude and slow. They barely stock the shelves and the store is always filthy. I'll be using the shell right down the road from now on. I'll never use that circle k again. I'll spend my hard earned money somewhere else.

Some of my favorite gas pumps thanks to tap and pay! When I need to get gas and go this is my number one stop! Inside can get a line but they get through fast.

The service at this location is terrible. Two employees particularly shouldn't work in C.S. at all. I know times are hard right now and people come in and out of the gas station all day with awful aditudes and rude comments. Who knows what's going on in their life. You have to be able to smile continue on with your day and do your best to put a smile on the next customers face that walks in. Have a blessed day.

Super annoying that this Circle K and the one on 1st drive AND the one on oakland ALL reither have non updated phone numbers or just don't answer their phones whatsoever.
I want to know if they have something in stock before I drive out there and now I can't know because the numbers aren't up to date and the one on oakland just rings forever.
Update your numbers please.
