I went to the schuyler bakery a lot as a kid in the 90's. I still have fond memories of the donuts and horn rolls. I hope to visit the Clarkson location when I come back to NE for a visit. They make the best Colaches, fried apple fritters, horn rolls, etc! Clarkson may be a small town, but their bakery is the best!

Haven't been to the bakery itself, but have tasted their goods sold at the nearby travel center, located at the intersection of Hwys 81/91. Delicious!!!

Even though they don't have the best hours they sell to some of the surrounding business like the c store and m&m grocery so you can get their stuff even if they're closed. My wife and kids love the different rolls and donuts that they sell and we usually go there for a sweet breakfast on the day's I get off of work.
