Nothing like Close Quarters. I lived in Westlake for 2 years in 97-99. This was my favorite watering hole. The atmosphere was unlike any other place that I have been. I traveled throughout the Great Lakes. You feel like you are home with friends the first time you walk through the doors. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
