Saw there was a new cookie spot, had to try. Brought some to the family. My niece said, “This is the best Crumbl Cookie ever!” I said, “It’s not Crumbl Cookie, it’s Coachella Cookies!” I was also a big fan of the cookies, and they may have taken over as #1, for me.

There’s a lot of bad businesses and bad/rude people around but this store and the owner lady are the Kings of Rude. Crazy to have such a huge ego over nothing. I ordered cookies, she cancelled my order, then completely failed to let me know or provide any sense of customer service. She did nothing after notifying me she cancelled my order. Just proceeded to kick me out the store. Place smelled like trash, it was empty, and apparently they can’t even make cookies so idk why this place exists. So now the lady insists she cancelled my order 2 hours before I showed up. Doesn’t change the fact that she didn’t contact me, didn’t care about the situation, she was rude, and antagonistic the whole time. Undeniable facts. Your coworker was shocked at your insensitivity. I have passed by the cookie co countless times since they opened in La Quinta. Today, I finally stopped to sample their offerings. I was not disappointed. Fresh, moist and tasty! Now I know where to go when I want to get that special treat for myself, and more importantly, for someone else.

My visit to the Cookie Co was so pleasant due to David’s customer service. When I walked in he remembered me as well as how many stamps I had on my card.I was so impressed. Everyone is always nice and the owner is wonderful. Thank you David to two wonderful, quick visits. See ya next time!
