I placed an order, which states that I can receive THE SAME DAY, for a cookie bouquet to be delivered the NEXT DAY for my directors birthday just to be told that the company's one delivery driver is unavailable. If I would had known that delivering the $154.33 cookie bouquet would be an issue I would had taken my business elsewhere. And instead of getting an apology for being inconvenience I was told that a time should had been included so they would know when to deliver the cookie bouquet. I am beyond livid with the unprofessionalism of this company. I will never use this companys services again in the future. My coworkers inquired about this company because they were thinking of using Cookies by Design in the near future; I will definitely say my experience with them. I'm quite sure they would rather spend their hard earned money elsewhere. Thanks for ruining an exciting day for my director. The execution of making the cookies look like the online photos was perfect! Where they failed was in taste & freshness the order was placed in advance, I selected a certain day & time then was called several times on day of pick up to come hours earlier & I had to make arrangements to get there before they closed bc they decided to close early. The cookie bouquet was nicely arranged & it was for baby shower so I was really hoping the quality was there bc the bouquet was center if attention for shower, the only dessert & if they hadn’t been stale I’m sure I could of sold everyone on future purchases. The cookies tasted like almond & stale water, I feel they were NOT fresh & absolutely rushed. I will be contacting Company that promotes Cookies By Design fir my refund & if it wasn’t over holiday I would driven them back but seeing that the store was closed from Friday til Mon I had no choice. I really hated to spend that much money & no one enjoyed dessert & they arrangement was total waste & loss of my money unless I get refund which I’ll update review!!

I needed a cookie bouquet with some personalization for the next day. The woman I worked with was so kind and helpful! The bouquet was for our Veterinarian and his staff as a thank you for all the great care they’d provided to our sweet fur baby, who we had to have put to sleep a few days prior. They LOVED the bouquet and were very appreciative! There may have been a few tears, not just my own. I highly recommend Cookies By Design!!
