Owner Norman and his wife Maria have created a great new hot spot in downtown Pearl River! We went for the second time last night and it just gets better. We each had a martini after Norman came to our table, asked us what we like and specially made a delicious and potent martini for my husband and me. We started with the beet salad that was fresh, colorful and flavorful. For dinner we ordered the burger and the buttermilk chicken sandwich and split them. The burger was juicy and prepared perfectly and the chicken sandwich had a wonderful, crispy breading over moist and tender chicken. They were both perfect and served with THE most delicious fries!
