This is a hidden gem. We randomly picked a restaurant an hour from home and this popped up. We enjoyed the atmosphere, food and the locals were all super nice. We both ordered hamburger steak with gravy and it was delicious. The service was also excellent. We will definitely be back. If your here and looking for food just get out and go in. This is the way an old country restaurant should be. The food is an amazing symphony of simple home cooking. It's all very good and just the way it should be. The service and atmosphere is nothing like you will find most places. It's better. It feels like you've been invited over for some home cooking. The BBQ was great. The gravy on my fries was just unbelievable gravy and ohh. If you like hush puppies... Holy smokes, you'll like these. Most definitely will go back.
