The food was pretty good. Not the best Costa Vida I have had. My tortilla on my salad was not cooked all the way it was doughy. My wife had sweet pork but had ordered chicken. It was good not great. Everything about our visit was great. The service has always been top notch. The line was so friendly and helpful and I hope they get good recognition for it because that goes such a long way. I know it can be difficult on their end as well some days, but great job. The food tasted great and we will definitely return! I driver for Uber Eats/DoorDash and pick up at this location often. The employees are amazing. They are always working hard and getting the orders out as fast as possible. I always enjoy Costa; the grilled steak burrito smothered with their hot sauce. The staff is always friendly, my only feedback is they often times forget the ranch! But all in all, I always enjoy eating here. Wish Costa would bring back the scan for the app points though. Never seems to work the new way. If I could give a no star rating I would. I went through the drive through to get my food, and was not impressed by their service in the slightest. When we got to the window, the guy took my money with his gloves on then turned around and started making our food with those same gloves. His coworker was just as bad. She was eating food with her fingers out the same contain holding the food they serve to the public. Absolutely discussing. Once I got my food I called and asked to speak with a manager. When I told her the situation, she said that didn’t happen. This is by far the worst costa vida location. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Was in a bad mood today and just swung through the drive thru. The lady taking orders was super friendly, helpful, and the staff got my order out quick. She acted like she was genuinely happy to be at work. It changed my attitude and made me feel a little better about the day. Absolutely will come back! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This location is by far the worst no people person skill no customer service. No hello not a have a good day, NOTHING !!! Ordered some large nachos asked if they could put the meat on the side and I got this to ounce cup of meat, and the cup wasn’t even full to the top. Such a rip off. We love Costa Vida, but the experience there has been decreasing as of late. The employees seem like they don’t care and far from professional (and yes I am aware that it is a fast food restaurant…but still). The pictures are from what we ordered today and the food tasted great, but was definitely lacking. The salad barely had any thing and was very slim. The enchiladas looked like they took a scoop out of the rice (like they were out and didn’t want to go through the process of refilling it for our order) and had very little meat. Service Take out
