Walk in and typical Cracker Barrel ... Very friendly staff says "welcome"... I ask for a table and ask NOT to sit in the middle of the room. Seems this was too hard a concept to grasp for the hostess as she attempted to sit me at 3 different tables, all in the middle of the room, each table I said "please not in the middle of the room." Finally she sits me at a table on the wall... Only to have a giant dip in the floor so the chair wobbles... OK. I'll deal. Waitress walks up, very friendly... seeing that I am struggling with the "hole" in the floor says..." oh just move a little to the other side." Good thing I am alone at this table... I ask for coffee, and french vanilla cream, "Oh, we don't have that... " OK, I'll deal.... She leaves and I read the menu.... Wait a second..... Pancake Tacos !?!?! Heck YES !!! I'm in !!! Bacon, eggs with cheese all wrapped in a pancake !!!! My mouth watered just reading the description. I can't wait !!! Comes back with coffee... Knowing exactly what I want I order , this happens…. Me: "Pancake tacos please, eggs over easy....Waitress: " Oh we can't do that, the eggs only come well done." Me "Really? Only well done? But I'd like the eggs you will cook for this to be over easy..." Waitress: "Sorry, they can't do that, the order comes back to the kitchen ; pancake tacos and what ever side you want." Me " Can we ask them to make the eggs over easy please?" Waitress;" I can try and ask..." Me: " I clearly made a mistake." I got up and left. The waitress looked shocked like "How dare you not just take what I give ?!" I walk by the hostess and she is standing next to the manager and I say to them, "I clearly made a mistake coming here." Her ( the hostess who couldn't figure out where the middle of the room was ) says sarcastically ,"OK BYE..." Seriously Cracker Barrel ?! This is what you offer in the middle of Virginia ? Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

We have our meetings at Cracker Barrel and this was the first time I was told I had to wait until have the people were present to be seated. When questioned about this because I had to set up for the meeting I was allowed to be seated by a not so happy person. My family really enjoys the Cracker Barrel, but we will NEVER go to the Woodstock, VA branch ever again. We have tried it every few months for the past year+ thinking they will have improved. NOPE. From now on, we will travel to Front Royal's CB or only visit branches when we are traveling. Once again, they were already out of turkey and dressing before 6 PM. Had to ask for our biscuits and were only brought one with one measly pack of butter. The portion size of all our food is small and service is super slow. We don't understand why it can't/doesn't get better. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4
