I’ve always enjoyed going to Cracker Barrel especially for their breakfast menu. However, like many people have pointed out the service has gone downhill. I’ve never had a bad waiter and always received good service in the moment but it’s pretty obvious they have a massive staffing issue at this and other locations I’ve been to. More often than not there’s no one at the host stand and my guess is because they’re pulling double duty in the back so be prepared to wait at least five minutes to even be acknowledged by anyone and at least another 10 for a server to come to your table. More likely than not the management isn’t treating the staff well and that’s why they’re experiencing high turnover, staff not showing up for their shifts or just walking out on the job. The staff is already getting paid dirt; at least treat them with respect and encourage them to enjoy work because that does flow over to the customer. Cracker Barrel is one of my favorite restaurants, but this was my first time at this Cracker Barrel. It was pretty good but not as good as it usually is. I love their green beans but these weren't seasoned the way they usually are. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Cracker Barrel nice thing about them they’re dependable. Doesn’t matter where you go you get consistently, the same quality of food the same atmosphere it’s just to feel good circumstance. Cracker Barrel on a Saturday morning, can it get any more crowded?! Why yes it can! We add ourselves to the wait list before heading over so our wait time is minimal. Once we get seated, its not too long of a wait for a server to visit. We were given a basket of biscuits with butter and jelly, (the biscuits are my fave!!) and we ordered the apple butter to go with them. Next we had the loaded tator tots that comes with a creamy ranch type dressing. I get the Grandmas sampler plate. 2 eggs, 2 pancakes, extra bacon (I dont like sausage) a sample of the sweet cured ham and a dish of hash brown casserole. Not sure what happened to my hash brown casserole but they gave me a new dish because the 1st was hard crusted. All in all, its a good breakfast! We also like walking around the store area and have found pretty nice buys whether it was candy or a nice top. We go to the store to request a Catering service. Mauricio took care of us. I understand that it is the Manager. He was very kind, and he take our order for the next day !!! We had a family reunion and we thought it was a good idea to delegate the preparation of the food !!! It was just an excellent plan!!! Well, everything went very well!!! The delicious food !!! The presentation of the catering! Impeccable !! They are in all the details !!! The food arrived hot. And it came accompanied by cutlery, and kitchen utensils to serve the accompaniments !! What can I tell you? It was a great success!! The service is highly recommended!! Without hesitation, I would repeat the experience !!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
