During my initial visit to Crumbl, I encountered a lack of guidance and hospitality upon arrival. However, the ordering process was straightforward and efficient. Post-ordering, I found myself uncertain about the next steps, but an employee called out my name before swiftly opening and closing the box containing my cookies without any explanation or confirmation that everything was in order. While the taste of their products met expectations, it's unfortunate to say that poor customer service will likely deter me from returning.
