Had an employee named tia be very rude when bringing us our dine in order a mixer was missing and we politely mentioned it. She got visibly upset said well that's not my problem you have to wait for your food up front we are very busy right now. So we went up to get the mixer that was sitting on the ledge and the kind man at register gave it to us but I never have been treated that way. I'm so proud of the owner! She loves her store and it shows in the appearance and in the customer service skills of the people she employs. I always make sure to greet her whenever she's about outside fussing over the grounds proudly! The chocolate ice cream is the best and most smooth 😋 delicious desert I've ever tasted! Ordered two burgers took over 20 minutes for them to bring them to the staging area. After getting my food the burgers and fries were cold. They need a complete new staff here.
