I barely had a chance to sit down before my burger arrived at my table. I believe my server was Hunter. What a great representative for your store. Very polite and conversational. I've been to multiple Culvers in the Madison area multiple times and this culvers is incredibly skimpy on their custard, from the scoops themselves being small to the bare minimum when ordering toppings that the're already charging more for than any other Culver's in the area Food: 1

The food is always great. It's standardized quality. Understandably busy since it's 7:00 on a Saturday, but 40 minutes in a drive thru (not exaggerating I was playing a game with a timer and had 20 minutes left on the hour). The issue is how many things were wrong. Wrong drink, no salad dressing for the salad and 0/16 chicken tenders. Ice cream nearly completely melted (still delish). I recommend Culver's, just not this location. Just go to one either before or after this exit on the interstate. I was looking for some vegetarian options. I came across their veggie burger and also it was my first time in Wisconsin. I came across Culver's and the Veggie burger was just delicious. They were able to make modifications to my order as I wanted n mayonnaise and they substituted it with mustard/ketchup. Worth the visit. My go-to option on all road trips now. It’s a Culver’s, so of course it is going to be good. Lots of parking, including a separate area for RV’s and busses. Easy to get on and off the nearby expressway. The huge parking lot was almost full when we arrived, but the wait time was less than I expected. Next door is an Arby’s and a McDonald’s is across the street, both with empty parking lots, which tells you all that you know.

My 1st time to try this since we want something quick for the road trip . I ordered mushroom Swiss and oh boy ! It is so good . Fresh meat I taste it’s not like the same fast food which meat taste like thawed meat . This one is juicy . I was impressed . The vanilla froze is ok and the serving size just right. My first time in Wisconsin and the sign for Blueberry Cobbler intrigued me so husband & I stopped in after dinner for dessert. Wow! They have a full service menu; I should have come for dinner! When I told the counter lady it was our first visit, she was so nice and patiently helped us narrow the menu down. The restaurant was so clean and sparkling I suspect it might be new. Lovely landscaping outside. Lots of employees so no waiting, and though all were very busy, most massage eye contact and were friendly. I asked one what a "buttered burger" was (as advertised on their wall) and he had a good explanation. Our custards came: my blackberry cobbler mini was beautiful and scrumptious with fresh berries, a tiny bit of granola. Spouse's chocolate "concrete mixer" (with Reece's Pieces and bananas as his two included "mixers.". Heavenly. As we were finishing up, the girl who'd taken out order earlier came over to ask how we'd like it, and invited us to return. Impressive!

A must when visiting Wisconsin!! And an order of Cheese Curds is a must as well!! Really enjoyed my Mushroom and Cheese burger with curds and a drink. They always have clean restrooms and everyone is a pleasure to speak with. Ketchup was low - I let them know and they were immediately on it to replace it!! And they have the best lid dispenser.
