I usually go to Culver's in Davison cause they get my order rite every time and its fresh. I have recently been working in grand blanc so I've been going to the G.B Culver's. Here they can't seem to get any order of mine correct. Cold dipping cheese, I asked them to warm it and it was still cold. Pissed me off. I get here today, fries are cold and stail. I feared going in and getting cold fries again after I complained. They just don't get it here. I hate this Culver's they can't do anything correctly and the manager does nothing about it!! Very unprofessional! Figures, welcome to Michigan!!! It sucks!! I go to Culver's everyday for lunch, what a way to waste money. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I have been to this Culver’s multiple times in the past year and every single time it has been an amazing experience. The food is always so fresh and comes out promptly. The employees are always so kind and helpful. Shout to Tyler at register, who is always patient, kind and helpful when I come in! Went on a Tuesday night around 5:30 pm. Very few people there. Had all the kids stand back and decide what they wanted so things would go quickly when ordering. So there were 6 of us price was pretty good. However talk about messing up. 1st off took about 5 minutes to place an order girl was super slow, only 1 person was given a cup. Had to go back up to get our milk and other cups. 3 burgers we ordered were wrong. 2 kids ordered a single butter burger, received doubles, I ordered a burger with cheese and mayo got no mayo. 1 kid got nothing I had to go back to tell them we were missing part of our food. 2 orders were correct. Food came out fast enough, everything was nice and hot. Went back after eating and ordered custard sat waiting for about 5 minutes to receive it. Finally went back to the counter to ask about it, oh look they are all just sitting off to the side. First let me start by saying Culver's is a family favorite great food always. Maybe this person wasn't having the greatest day and that's understandable we're all human GOD gives us grace so who am I to not extend that. That being said I ordered just a Concrete mixer, I noticed there was barely any topping inside the ice cream so I kindly went back inside the building and just asked for (extra toppings) well the lady that was behind the counter had an whole attitude about it she reluctantly went asked whomever was in charge, they approved and she came back more toppings inside a plastic cup with a lid. I politely thanked her as she just handed it to me with no type of courtesy or even a you're welcome in response to my thank you. I said ok to myself and walked away. Culver's is know for great customer service I just didn't experience that on that particular day at this location. I have yet to have a bad experience here! I don't stray too far from the handful of usuals, but they get it perfect every time! Great Food, Great Team!
