It was my first time and I have to say the customer service was absolutely amazing! Maddie was super nice and patient explaining to me and my gf how things work and also the food is amazing! Probably one of my favorite fast food chains in the world. I love the taste and blend of the noodles, rice and sauces. I also like the sauce scale from sweet to holy hot. I like the variety of meats and protein. I like that you can combine different menu choices. Friendly staff. Clean rest time and dining area. The atmosphere is pretty utilitarian and could use a few changes to warm the place up. But really no complaints. This was a first time visit. The food is decent. I had the Piggy Bop, which is pork of course. There was a rice/cabbage and noodles in the bowl, and they added the pork on top, plus sauces to make it pretty spicy. You pick your own spice level. The pork was tender and tasty, but there was a lot of sauce added. I also ordered a small Mandoo (pot stickers). They were very tasty, with plenty of filling. Not a lot of signage that I saw about Make it a meal with a drink and Mondoo. I could have saved a couple bucks. Maybe they did add it on, but I rarely get a receipt. As usual, the card machine suggested a tip. I dislike that if all they are doing is filling an order while I stand there. There were a couple tables with food scraps on them, but they weren't cleaned while I was there. All in all, a decent place to stop for lunch. My mom and I just stopped by this wonderful establishment! We both got the Mondoo Bowl with the delicious crispy deep fried pot stickers! I ordered just the noodles on mine and it was absolutely fantastic!!! I love that they have such an array of sauces from level 1 very sweet to 10 very spicy! I don't handle spice well but sauces 2 and 3 are such a good combination for me! This isn't my first time and as always I'm very pleased! I love this restaurant, definitely one of my top favorites! Very filling and tasty! I love that they give you a fork and chopsticks when you get it to go!

I had the CupBop truck cater my son’s wedding rehearsal dinner in our backyard last weekend and IT.WAS.RAVED.ABOUT.BY.ALL! Such a fun vibe and smooth way to serve so many loved ones that had come from near and far for our celebration. Nampa manager Jennifer and daughter Chenille were perfect hosts; accommodating, friendly, and whiplash fast at building those delicious bowls! I couldn’t have hoped for a better experience nor more delightful compliments from our guests. Thank you again and again!
