I have ordered cookies from Jill for over 9 years. Each year she is creative and I just give the theme. She is always on time with an order. I never had any mistakes. The cookies are delicious. If you pick up orders are convenient. Placing order are convenient. I truly can say GREAT Customer service.

I contacted Jill and a few other people just a few weeks before my corporate event. I was worried about not getting my cookies as everyone was fully booked for the month. BUT Jill agreed to help me. The process was really smooth and easy. Jill was really reactive and helpful. The cookies turned amazing with our logo on them. The delivery was perfect and on time. We were so happy!!!!! I have ordered from Jill for so many family parties and the cookies are without a doubt ALWAYS a hit!! The taste is amazing, and they stay well for days.
