This place is absolutely disgusting. I have been here twice and both times they have made my food with NO GLOVES! The second time i said something, they told me they wash their hands. The kitchen worker came over and asked what i said. she said they wear gloves in the kitchen but i literally watched her dig into the bucket of cheese with bare hands and she i brought the fact up and i got “my bad”.DISGUSTING! Absolutely do not recommend, especially when wanting food. Food: 1 Service: 1

The wait for food was long (15 minutes). Even when first arriving and no one else being there. Some items were missing and I had to go back to the counter to ask for them. After the meal I ordered ice cream for the kids and it took 20 minutes to get that. Food was fine when it arrived but the wait is something I'd expect from a sit down restaurant. I had a peanut buster parfait. It was disappointing. There were a few peanuts in the top layer. None in the second or third layer. Maybe it was just a mistake, but if i were to go back to Horace DQ. This location has never been great - slower service, incorrect orders, etc. but we wrote it off as hiccups of being a new location for a while. Tonight we sat at the drive thru for 25 minutes after we ordered without anyone ever coming to the window. We ultimately ended up just driving away and going home.
