Big shout out to the crew at DQ! I am always telling people it's the best burger in town. All of their food is classic and delicious. Don't sleep on it and just get a Blizzard. The dumbest individuals I have ever come across work the closing shift here. I have never been handed ice cream soup and told its how a blizzard was supposed to look. Asked for a plain and dry burger, they went through the extra effort of putting every condiment I asked to be removed, on the bugrer. When I called to have it refunded or fixed I was told to come back IN THE MORNING for a manager. Yeah, because I want a burger I ordered for dinner in the morning. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Worst dairy queen ever. Served a cold burger hard cheese, with the pickles loose in the paper wrapping, then a barely flavored blizzard. The cake batter flavor was basically vanilla with sparse sprinkling. Even for high schoolers serving fast food, this was really bad. The manager even overheard me kindly telling the cashier that my burger was cold. I still ate it because I don't like wasting food and I've worked in the industry for over twenty years so I know how hard it can be, but they could've offered me fries or something at the least. My husband ordered us blizzards tonight on Door Dash and I must say, whoever made our blizzards did a fantastic job!! Usually I might have cookies in the top quarter of my blizzard, maybe half. Tonight there was cookie throughout and my hubby had m & m throughout as well! This person needs a raise! This was the most satisfying blizzards we've ever had! Service was quick enough. Ordered the 7 cheeseburger meal, which came out very quick. I can see why.. Fries were lukewarm and had been sitting awhile, you could almost taste the hardening fry grease while chewing. Burger was very obviously cooked ahead of time and appeared to have been microwaved to get it hot for serving as meat was steaming hot and so were the pickles on top of it. The employees were nice, but I ordered and paid for extra stuff added to my animal cookie blizzard and I hardly got any at all. The other blizzards had extra but mine was very skimpy.

I'm really not the kind of person to complain about my food, but this last visit made for a very disappointing dinner. I got the chicken tender box and my more than half my chicken was just overcooked breading, my fries were cold and the toast wasn't very toast-y. Last time was fantastic, and the customer service is always on point. For the price though-- I would rather not waste so much food.
