Let me begin by saying the service was excellent. Our waiter (first name starts with "M") was very friendly and accommodating, as well as the shift manager (I'm guessing) that checked in a couple times, and the gentleman that promptly escorted our plates back to be cleaned. Our food was terrible. The chicken breast appeared to be freezer burnt and had no taste (like 1/4" thick), and a medium burger came out raw in the middle. We aren't the type to complain and send food back. We know how kitchen staff react and "re-prepare" orders, and I refuse to take chances like that. Arcade experience was worse than the food. It seemed like every other machine was out of order. We lost close to half our credits on machines that appeared to be playable. Had a fun time playing the games, but the sign on the window advertising "Spend $20 on a new card or reload and get 5 additional free games" should be taken down. The cashier told us when we purchased the card the extra games would automatically be added....but they weren't. Also the bonus $20 credit when you register in the app wasn't working. There's a sign on the front desk for that too 😂 Great games, but the misleading advertising is frustrating. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Ordered the 14 oz ribeye with mashed potatoes and asparagus. Prices fair, atmosphere chill. One of the juiciest steaks I’ve ever had, perfectly cooked and seasoned. Quan, our server, was professional yet laid back and friendly. Definitely plan on coming back even for just dinner. Game variety is impressive. We got here on a decent Sunday night, busy but nothing crazy at all. Noise level was as expected, some games louder than others due to the nature of the play. Our waitress was SO amazing. Friendly with our kids, saved us from kid melt downs and seriously attended to us like no other. The food was good; appetizers were delicious. Loved all the selections of games-- was our first time and will return again. A really good selection of games for everyone to play. Easy opportunity to rack up points and snag something fun and unexpected from the prize room. The pretzels were good and the red pepper caramel sauce that comes with them is soooo good! Had a blast, will go again.
