Great food. The Staff was friendly. The restaurant was clean but seemed dated, although this may be the atmosphere that was intended. The food was hot and delicious, and I wanted more. I am only giving 2 stars because the food that was correct was good (I ordered meals for 4 people only one was custom toppings and nothing was right with it), but I ordered a 1/3lb cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, onion and with mayo and received a 1/3 hamburger (no cheese) with only mustard, pickels, and tomato. It wasn't that busy and I waited awhile for the food (I don't mind waiting as long as it's fresh) and didn't feel like driving all the way back here for condiments I have at home cause I have to clock back into work.... edit to add all of our stomachs are upset today and this is the only thing in common we have ate the past couple of days. The food is really good- but I won’t be back. The service at this place is terrible. There are always a million employees standing around- and the order is always wrong. Missing sandwiches/items. If you’re fortunate enough to catch it before your drive off- it takes them forever to make it and the rest of your food is cold. Why are there so many people of nobody is checking orders before they go out? Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Literally, the only place I eat Chicken Fried Steak, it's the best in the world. I've never been disappointed during my 20 years of eating at this location. Food is always amazing! It certainly has changed. They were busy, but the service was pretty lax. All tables were dirty. We were seated at a unbussed table which remained that way for quiet some time. They did finally take our order and then clean the table. The food was cold because it took them so long to bring it out. Not just a little cold. The fish should have been still warm because it was so overcooked but it was cold as ice. We actually didn't eat the food but no one asked why. It's really sad because this used to be a great restaurant. The owners are obviously just interested in making money, not providing good food or service. Small town feel with this diner. Great friendly service. And their giant Cobb salad is fresh and tasty. And of course you have to get the OG steak supreme sandwich! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Outstanding! Best Del Rancho around, great customer service and wonderful owner (be patient with ordering and getting your food, it’s the times). Nice farm decor with plenty of seating. Steak sandwich supreme was huge with crispy breading, onions rings was great and cooked to our request. This establishment is LEO, first responder and military friendly; free drinks with your meal. The sandwiches are great, except they don't have mayo, only miracle whip. We prefer to add ranch instead. The chicken fried steak almost tastes like buttered popcorn, but it's good. The fried green beans are Delicious and their ranch is perfect with them. The fries and okra are also good. The service is always excellent, fast and friendly and the food is always hot and fresh.
