The people here can be rude and disrespectful. I went through the drive and I took a sip of my drink and felt a gooey beige blob in my drink I believe somebody must have spit snot into my drink because my phone was taking a bit to transfer money I understand the frustration of a customer holding up a line but I don't think they had the right to snot in my drink. Drive-through window line went pretty quick and they got my order right. There’s always a survey on the receipt so if you fill it out, you can get either a free taco or a couple dollars off your next order, things like that. So I always fill mine out and link it to my Del Taco app on my phone so next time it’s automatically applied. Did not eat here... I imagine it tastes the same as any other Del Taco. The review is for the service. 1 truck in the drive-through and no one inside. As I came in, an employee came from behind the counter and cut in front of me to make his own order. The other employee took his order, which took approx 3 min cause he didn't know what he wanted and afterwards, they both left the counter, not a word said to me, like BRB or sorry it will be a minute. There was literally zero interaction between either employee and myself. I stood at the counter for an additional 3 min with still no acknowledgment that there was even a customer in the restaurant. I left and went to the one in Layton instead... got my order in and food ready in less time than the time I wasted at this location. If a manager reads this, please fix your people. Visit was between 459pm-506pm, 12 Oct 2023. Service: 1

I asked for extra cheese they repeated my order 3 times correctly. But instead, I can't even get a slice of cheese but they charge me for it. If you can't make a simple burger of cheese and meat right. You deserve minimum wage.

The manager Maria at West Point in Davis County Utah said she could not allow a refund for burned fries that they ran out after given us dryed out and burned fries the first time. -drink was flat, order on cheese fries was wrong (where's the cheese) so we left the order on the counter. When asking for her District Mngr- Maria said Josh would not give the refund. If you get a wrong... report it, take pictures and get name of both District manger and manager bc this particular store does not care what they give you.

Horrible we ordered 12 hard tacos and 6 soft tacos plus 6 burritos fries and donuts. Look at the junk they gave us. All the hard tacos were broken hardly any cheese lettuce and meat. Seriously??? Our burritos looked more like taquitos as skinny and small as they were. The fries were old the only good thing were the donuts. I'll never return here and all these employees should be fired or retrained... Disgusting

It was my first visit to this location AND it was on Thanksgiving. Even though these kids were working the Holiday, I was amazed at how big their smiles were as they worked together taking care of customers and cleaning around the restaurant. Seriously, the customer service was as great as the food.
