The T-Bone steak I was given was just sad. No sear on it whatsoever. I asked for rare and it was basically raw. Like not even cooked at all. I don’t blame the staff there because they are nice people but they need to get better training for the chefs or at least give them more time to cook a better steak. From the moment we sat down, Daniel greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel incredibly welcome. He was attentive throughout our meal, ensuring our orders were taken promptly and accurately. Poor Elsa was the only server on duty when we arrived. She was fast and efficient and friendly. There was an issue with my order and she took care of it with speed and grace!
