This place has become a regular lunch spot for me and some friends. All the food choices are great options. The chili and Caesar salad are very well made and delicious. The chicken ciabatta sandwich is a personal favorite. The staff is very friendly but can get swamped and a little slow due to that fact. Really suggest trying this place. I love this place. I know operating a restaurant is incredibly difficult, and yet this place makes it look easy. I’ve been coming here for at least 15 years, and the consistency is remarkable. I’ve never had a poor dish or drink, and service is always spot on. As a single guy, eating out at restaurants is one of my favorite things to do so I’ve been to a ton over the years. I can count on one hand the places that have stood the test of time and have never faltered on food or service- and this is one of them. Absolute kudos to the ownership & staff! Definitely recommend this place based off our first visit. We had a larger party of 8 and they worked hard to get us seated right away. The rolls are amazing, soft and just the right amount of butter. I ordered the KFC and even though this is an hour drive from my house I would make the drive just to buy this sandwich again. It's Asian zing was just the right amount when married to the coleslaw. The wait staff all seemed to be working hard on keeping everyone filled and happy. A+ I would visit here again!

I feel reluctant to give a less-than-stellar review but... I really wasn't that impressed. My daughter and I both had the DJB burger and the sever said the cuts of meat chosen made it really flavorful... but we felt it was just bland. We both asked for Medium but hers was more like Well Done. The fries were ok, but nothing special. DJB doesn't have a ton of burger varieties on their menu, so maybe that's just not their specialty. The salmon was well-received, for example. We did like being on the outside covered porch. That was quiet and a great location with the pleasant weather. Come here if you want a unique experience for an upscale lunch. This is a great little place with an interesting atmosphere. The menu is very different; there are a lot of original ideas (along with some classics)! Everything I've had here has been delicious and beautifully plated. Bistro is definitely the right word to describe the atmosphere and layout. Tables are tightly packed and you might feel very cozy with your neighbor. They also have some outdoor seating. My friends and I came in to celebrate our friends birthday and we all had a great time here. Our waiter was great and continuously checked up on us, and the service we received was great. The food was amazing and was also decently priced, the crusty mustard chicken breast was really good and so was the burger. However, my friend told me the muscle he got as a starter weren’t the best. @diamondjimbradysbistro Met one of my clients/ friends for lunch. Great bistro feel, upscale sandwiches and great apps . We got the garlic sautéed shrimp, the lobster roll and the chicken salad sandwich. Each had a great presentation and food was plentiful. Great spot in Novi Michigan
