I went tonight with cards I had won in trivia and they weren’t working. Spoke with staff and manager, Eric who helped me and made everything right. We recently celebrated my daughter’s 4th birthday here and I couldn’t be happier with the venue and overall experience. They have a dedicated toddler area that’s down the way from the actual arcade area, but they had a great time and it’s the best play area for this age group I’ve seen so far. They have a cute diner, kitchen, marketplace, bounce area, dress up, etc. would highly recommend! The service and food was also very good! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Hosted a Birthday party for my daughter. Loryn was very upfront and cordial about what was needed and how to go about accommodating those needs. Even called to confirm everything. The location was set and ready for us when we arrived. Management was superb on every contact. Hunter was the gentleman who ultimately put the bow on it. He was kind, humble, good with the kids, and ultimately an upstanding gentleman. The ladies who worked with him, I did not get your names, were also malleable and generous to all the guests. The short and sweet: great specials everyday on the arcade, trivia on Tuesday night, the assortment of pinball machines is a beautiful thing. They also have plenty of other games for kids of all ages (2-57). Axe throwing, bowling, and escape rooms are also on the menu. AND the food is 🤌🏽. I would argue this is the gem of the Oviedo Mall.
