Doc's is a Tybee institution, the oldest active bar on Tybee(since 1948).. The only place to play Bumper Pool on Tybee. Live Music on the weekends Price per person $30–50 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

A dive bar at its finest since 1948. We showed up at 11:00 a.m. our bartender Bama was hilarious. This is the place to go. And you can smoke in the bar!!!! Cigarettes or cigars. Very happy. Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Our 1st visit to Tybee Island- everyone has been SUPER SWEET everywhere we have gone for 2 days- every bar & restaurant—- UNTIL we came to Doc’s bar- this bartender is the RUDEST I have ever encountered- nothing but negativity from her- I don’t know if she just hates her job or just hates people but her vibe & the energy that she emits is just miserable. It has ended our trip on a bad note. Never come again! Service: 1
