To the staff who hung up on me multiple times, to the girl who talked and treated me like I was some horrible person. I’ve supported and loved this business for years and years. Sadly as much as I love the food I will never set foot here again. At my job, if I treat anyone with any unkind or even the slightest disrespect, I would lose money. I earn money from good reviews and going over the top. Communication is key in any customer service job. But you, whoever you are. Lack the ability to provide in a kind and understanding manner. That’s sad. I even tried to make light of the situation only to be treated so rudely and hung up on over and over. I hope one day you understand the morals and concept of customer service. Adjust your attitude because you just lost your boss a very loyal and good customer. Service: 1

One of worst sushi restaurants. Supported them for years but after how disrespectful their staff is and seeing that customer aren’t protected, I will never step into this place again. Repeatedly hung up on and ignored when trying to express how rude it is to treat paying customer so unkindly. I would lose money and get talked to by my boss if I ever received a bad review or spoke to some so childish and mean. In fact, I would be fired! Small and intimate environment. Suggest having reservations. One of the waitresses (didnt catch her name) seemed flustered and had to come back and take our order again. Received food correctly and was delicious. The other waitress, Alex, was very professional and polite. If you don’t have a reservation don’t bother trying to eat here. There are roughly 10 total tables in the entire place with a small bar, but they don’t save any tables for walk ins. After finding this out, the tone and lack of kindness from the hostess doesn’t make me want to try this restaurant. Service: 1
