Second time eating at this restaurant. First time I ordered biscuits and gravy and didn’t like it. Gravy had a sour taste to it. We stayed away for about a year and was convinced to go back and try something else. Glad I did. Ordered the breakfast burrito with my choice of bacon as a protein. I was shocked how good it was, completely unexpected. Green chili was great! Huge portion! The only thing I can say is because it was so big, I needed more chili on it, potatoes really soak up the chili. With a bit more chili and it would have been perfect. My husband had Chorizo on his potatoes and eggs, which was really good as well. Friendly service & food came out in good time, great for a quick morning breakfast. I now have heard great things about their burgers so we will be back !😋 Glad I gave this restaurant another chance or I would have missed out on great dishes. I've been meaning to go to this place for a couple of years. Before it was closed, the Louisville location was one of my favorite breakfast places, and worth the 25 minute drive. The Thornton location did not disappoint, service was good, the food was great and the price was reasonable. Will definitely go there again, maybe even next week!
