Impossible Hoagie
I wish I would've known about this place sooner. Good food, good, location, good atmosphere; and it's a relief that ALL the items are vegan.
I'm very familiar with chef Louie's cuisine and it's a plus that he's got a hand in it. I had the margherita pizza and it was FIRE!! I will definitely be a regular.

Margherita Pizza
This place is tucked away in a busy outdoor shopping mall, so it's a little hard to find but worth the trip. We were on our way to the airport to head out of town and were looking for something plantbased near by and this place popped up in my search. The restaurant is not very big, but there are a couple of high counters and tables that you can sit down at. There was space to stash our luggage while we ate as well, as it wasn't too crowded on a Sunday afternoon.
Everything is 100% plant based so it's nice knowing we could order anything off the menu we wanted. You can either order at the counter and then sit down, or there is a QR code where you can order from your table via an app. After you order they do bring the food directly to your table for you.
My husband tried the fish fry which was interesting basically a big mushroom patty. He thought it was good but maybe wasn't super close to a fish sandwich taste. I do know they source their mushrooms somewhere locally so that was nice to hear. I went with the patty melt which was good. I absolutely loved their shoestring fries, I would eat those all day. We also tried a piece of their lemon bar, which I also enjoyed and would get again.

Great experience, great customer service and food was delicious. The wife and I came from out of town and first ordered thru Uber eats loved it so much we had to come down and experience the food and the atmosphere. We give this place an A+ x 10

Wanted to try something a little different and I found out Down 2 Earth has a physical location. They are located in town square. They share a space with a pizza place, it is relatively small. I'd say 15 people can comfortably fit, possibly 20.
The service was great and they were willing to answer any menu questions. I ordered a sausage/pepperoni pizza and a po boy. All of their food is vegan so that's a plus! The po boy was made out of mushrooms that were seasoned to perfection! The fries were hot and had the perfect amount of salt.
The pizza wasn't amazing to me. The flavor was good, but the sauce was a little sweet and the cheese was too chewy and seemed sticky.
I'll give it an 8.5/10 overall, I will be back to try something different.

The taste is delicious, the size is big enough to share between 2 people and the price is more than fair. Also super friendly service!

Truffle Mac N Cheese
My husband dragged me to a terrible movie (which we walked 4 miles to) and afterward, I saw this restaurant across the street and stopped in. Little did I know, it would save the day! I ordered the po boy with salad and it was the best meal I’ve had! Their menu has good amount of variety, which made it really hard to choose. The staff was beyond welcoming and kind. I’m just sad that I leave tomorrow and can’t try the chicken and waffles. This place needs to be a chain! Then expand to Canada ASAP.
