Today I stopped at this location to get a treat for my granddaughters. The incredible selection of special donuts they offer was so much fun! I went with the lucky charm St. Patrick’s theme. The service I received was INCREDIBLE! The young man behind the counter and cook in the back were efficient, friendly, considerate, and VERY understanding when I messed up my order!! It truly felt like the “good old days” - aka before Covid - when the customer was the top concern. The egg sandwich I ordered was delicious too. Take a minute, grab your kids or grands, and please consider doing business with these amazing people! Always fresh made to order, I have tried just about every bakery within 30 miles of Hershey, and Duck Donuts is definitely top 3 at minimum and #1 franchise Donut company. This was SO good. I had never been to a Duck Donuts before and knew I had to try out it…stopped in and ordered a ton of stuff and it was all fantastic!!! Everything was made fresh and served warm, so many amazing donut flavors and combos, the drinks were amazing as well- such a nice atmosphere in there and it also was not expensive at all! And I oooopppppp !! I located this spot on Yelp and admired their great reviews, so I pulled up. I loved the reserved parking spaces for customers. Upon entering, it was a great view of items for sale, ordering/ pick up counter, and dining area. I was assisted by 2 young adults. I love when young adults work these kinds of jobs. They were super helpful and kind. I loved their enthusiasm. It didn't take long for me to order my Raspberry Hot Tea and 3 donuts. My donuts were ready within 6 minutes and served warm. I ordered (2) Chocolate Confetti (Chocolate Icing with Rainbow Sprinkles) and (1) Cinnamon Sugar. I waited 2 hours until I got home to eat and share. They were a hit. Super fresh and delish. They were soft and melted in our mouths. I would definitely return back to support this business. They deserve it !! Extraordinary menu of donuts perfect for the sugar Mecca of the world. Had to try at least one donut even though I was looking for a bagel. Midnight Madness (chocolate overload of course) it was great. Donuts are not huge so go ahead and get multiples. Cappuccino was made perfectly then stirred together. Tasty steamed milk in coffee. Still good but not a cappuccino as I expected. Still a great stop. Bagel was don’t yourself add cream cheese. Bagel sandwich was great. Good bagels. A pleasure. Great donuts with amazing toppings! They make them to order so it takes a few minutes but totally worth the wait! The dining area and restrooms are very clean. They have outside seating too.

Omg!! Absolutely the best donuts around! Made fresh to order. You have to try “Bacon under the Sun” and “ Caramel apple pie”. I am in heaven eating those. So fresh and warm and totally yummy!!!

I would have given 5 stars, as these are our favorite donuts when traveling more south. We only had a problem with 2 donuts. 1 was beachball. We didn't get the chocolate syrup on top , as shown on the menu. I didn't realize this until after we left the store, of course. The other was the Raspberry Fluff. The donuts were so hot the sauce melted right off, so it just looked like a plain donut.. The donuts are delicious, but maybe wait for them to cool so that toppings look as pictured when you order them.

Excellent customer service. Very helpful, friendly group who like what they are doing. Many different choices, overwhelming 🤯. They look like works of art. Warm and delicious. We also tried one with ice cream- oh my, decadent.
