"I recently visited Dunkin' Donuts and was utterly disappointed with the experience. Upon receiving my order, I discovered hair in my food, which was absolutely unacceptable. Instead of receiving a genuine apology from the manager, all I got was a refund. The lack of accountability and concern for hygiene standards left a sour taste in my mouth, both figuratively and literally. Needless to say, I won't be returning anytime soon." Seems to be at a good location as it is just off the highway but easy to access and egress. Inside is a very open space complete with two small individual bathrooms. Pastry selection inside was small as it appears the majority of the business is from the drive through. I saw 2 employees…one working and one on their phone - I waited at the counter to order for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes of not receiving any service I simply walked out. Service Dine in Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

They made the coffee how I wanted it and I enjoyed it for the first time from dunking. Don't stop at them ever but I will at this one
