I have been coming to this location for YEARS and have always been content. After all; it's a coffee, donut and GO place. Recently however, I have really enjoyed coming in, even bringing my laptop to work while I enjoy my cold brew. The donut case is always stocked, coffee is consistently fresh and the atmosphere is friendly. It is nice to see Dana working along side her team, leading by example. A few of the rockstars of this location are Peyton, Tate, Carson, Jacob and Gabby! Keep up the amazing work, Dana and team. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

my boyfriend got a large iced coffee with cream and sugar and the coffee tasted burnt. i got a medium iced latte made with almond milk and ONE french vanilla swirl but it was definitely made with more than one vanilla because it was way too sweet. we couldn’t go back and get a refund because we had somewhere to be , other wise i would’ve because i spent almost $11 on two drinks that we can’t even drink. I get off at 10:40 I got to the drive thru at 10:45 nobody answered and it was already closed when I thought the new hours were 5am to 11pm but apparently they close at 10:30pm so don’t try to use the drive through on the posted times. Also don’t call because 90% of the time nobody answers the phone it used to be great but has went downhill I haven’t even tried complaining about the taste of burnt coffee from not stirring the iced coffee 6-12 times like you’re trained.

Does not know how to properly pour nitro cold brew. Have had several occasions where they put ice in it. This last time they poured only a quarter cup of actual nitro cold brew. This was after I asked them to pour more. I always have to specifically request a sipping lid although that is what should be provided to enjoy this specific coffee. Can someone please train the employees on how to pour a nitro cold brew? When you spend a ridiculous amount on a beverage the least you should expect is to have it be done right. This is by far the best Dunkin I have been to!! It don’t matter what time I go there everyone there is always very friendly and happy. Even in the morning when they have a line all the way to the road the line moves quickly.. I absolutely love this Dunkin!! Amazing job here to every employee there!!!
