Advise even if you want less ice they still won’t fill up your entire cups. Asked why they were not full, “you got less ice”. So yes our drinks will never be full unless it’s with ice. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

There's a noticeable difference in service in quality depending on who the manager is that day. JEN has always been amazing and any time we've ever had an issue she always takes care of it. This morning, she wasn't there. Had to go back in twice to get my coffees made correctly. I get the same thing everytime so I know how it's supposed to taste. My wife went in the first time and the manager on duty rolled her eyes at her. So I went in the second time and had them fix it. They offered to refund us. Just make the coffee the right. I list out every ingredient I want in my coffee every time I order it. The food and munchkins were good thankfully but personally Jen should be running that place. Night and day difference. There is almost always something missing and/or incorrect when my family gets food/drinks here (and I'm talking over the span of years.)
