Nasty lil girl at the window that worked on 3/10/24 needs to be fired immediately, You would’ve thought the girl and I had a problem the way she didn’t acknowledge me or didn’t say hi or nothing just “tried” to shove my order in my hand It’s a sunny day outside, quit your job if you aren’t happy honey, the customer have nothing to do with that.
Attempted to take advantage of their $3 sausage egg and cheese with a medium coffee purchase and they told me it was only valid if ordering on the app. The menu did not state this at all though. They refused to give me the discount unless I used the app (which was not referenced on the menu). Highly disappointed.

Food and drinks are good but they are super slow in the mornings when most people trying to get to work. Starbucks is about to open across the street- hope they fix their slowness before they open or they will lose a lot of business.

Waited so long for this place to finally open, only to be disappointed. The staff seemed so out of it and had little care or excitement themselves. When they finally took my order, it seemed more like I was inconveniencing them more than anything, being asked "Is that it?" after each individual item. The sandwich I had was ok, the drink was bland, and the donut was hard and tasted like it had been sitting out on a counter overnight. Where's the responsibility from management? Where's the training? And more importantly, who made the hiring decisions? I don't advise anyone coming here, much like we won't be back.

Waited 8 months to give this place another shot. This place still sucks. Waited in a drive thru lane for 10min at the speaker in one lane while cars were flying through the other getting their orders. No one ever attempted to take my order. You guys are about to be outclassed by Starbucks across the street. I can't wait to see you close!
Thought I loved this new location. My first few times there were a very nice experience. My last few visits have shown this location is a waste of my time and money. Order is always wrong and when asked to correct it they make a big scene. I will make my coffee at home where it tastes good and I don't have to deal with anyone's attitude
