Abysmal service; its average 2.6 stars is generous. It should not take 10 minutes at a drive through to receive four items when no one is in front of our car nor is there anyone inside but it did take ten minutes they forgot what we ordered and had to come back to the window and ask then gave us a coffee without the requested almond milk and then also forgot a chorizo and egg wrap. When I finally got my wrap it was so cold in the middle it was inevitable but turning around to complain would have been even more of a miserable experience than it already was. Never had a more frustrating experience at a drive through in my life.

Just attempted to order through the drive-thru. No one said anything, nor greeted me. I spoke into the intercom and asked if they were open. A male stated, yes. I said, how are you doing today. He said, What do you want, in an not so customer friendly voice. I replied, one second, but I asked "How are you doing?" He said, "I don't have to answer that". I said, "You're right. But you didn't even say Hello or greet me. You have poor customer service and no thank you". I left and did not patron this location. This is a brand new Dunkin and if that's the type of customer service provided there, it will not do well.

Overcharged for my order. The main menu said that my bagel minis were $2 with a medium coffee. I ordered a medium coffee and they charged me $3.29 for the mini bagels. Spoke to the lady at the window and she had nothing to say about it. Barely understood English. She said that the price on the main menu wasn't the real price and she wasn't going to honor it. My mini bagels were cold when they gave them to me and my coffee was lukewarm. I wouldn't go to them ever again. They treated me poorly.
