As far as getting my coffee in the AM on the way to work, this is the BEST Dunkin in the area. They are short staffed but still manage to fulfill orders in a very timely fashion and are friendly AF.

Arrived to the drive through yesterday 11/11 around 3:26. The order taker sounds like whispering welcoming the customer. Ordered & arrived to the window waiting around 6 minutes for someone to cash me out. All I was looking from the glass an employees chatting. Multiple cars arrived behind me more than 3. Finally I was cash out, later 4 minutes getting my food. Not mentioning the food missed something had to be fixed. The employee asked if I’m still waiting on something. Still waiting on my hot coffee that turned out not even prepared yet. Waited more for it to be done. It wasn’t a burger or a taco or a burrito it was a quick coffee & corsiont. Shouldn’t be held long time. I was patient as I should but I people have jobs to catch thank you for making me late. Advice for future, always work together team work and always be head of game to get things done. I could have left after the first minutes waiting but I love dunkin & waiting wasn’t an issue but if it effects people to be running late to their own responsibilities its not fun.

Shout out the older woman who took my order. She was really kind an respectful even though she was riding solo for her shift and was visibly flustered. Following each order she took she said "thank you for being patient with me" I think people should be a bit more patient with you 😊 🙏

this is unrelated to the food quality itself, this is more about the cashier that took my order.
i was ordering two sandwiches and two sides, one of each for my partner and i. i didn't mention this to the cashier at all, i don't expect her to know that. as i'm ordering, she goes, "wow!! you're awfully hungry, aren't you?"
...
now i get it, that could seem like a lot of food to some people. but you don't know how that kind of statement could affect someone. comments like hers perpetuate diet culture and unhealthy views of our bodies. also, as an employee, you should be happy that im buying food from y'all in the first place. i'll be going somewhere else next time where i won't be shamed for the amount of food i order.
Everything was good except the lady super wiser who was rude and disrespectful.
I ordered a donut, an egg sandwich, and a coffee. I tried to pay them in cash. I gave them the $50 dollar note, and that lady angrily said we have to see your ID for a $50 note.
She was telling to her coworker you have to write the number down of the ID, and the note.
I paid with a credit card as this looks to me not acceptable.
She eventually prepared my order, but her attitude was out of this world. I was giving her a business, but she was acting like she is doing me a favor for getting my MONEY and making the order ready. I would not stop here again.
