Poor service, rude staff. Waited for about 5 minutes while two women were ignoring us. Eventually got served by rude girl. There were no napkins, when we asked we were totally ignored. Never going back here, switching to Starbucks down the street.

It was the worst Dunkin' ever. The service was so poor. There were no napkins on the dispenser, and it took forever to get service, and yet it was not that busy at 4 pm.

EVERY single time we get frosted donuts, this is what happens 😡. You can tell this location makes their own donuts and frosting; if that’s the case, then you need to understand that because it’s FRESH, frosted donuts should be placed in the bags right side up😑. Instead, they just throw the donut in the bag. Same if you get more than one donut, they NEVER place the frosted one on top. It’s such a waste of money and a donut, if I wanted glazed I would have just asked for regular glaze. If you complain, you get a look of disgust/disdain for the staff. Coffee can be hit or miss too. The only reason I continue to come here is because Dunkin’ near my house is under renovations.

Our entire order was handed to us cold & undercooked. brought this up to the team of very apathetic workers who legitimately yelled at us claiming we ate most of it. we most definitely did not. we were refused a refund. I would recommend this dunkin if you like feeling bitter and nauseous.

I go to this Dunks a couple times a week before work. This store is slow so I recommend going through the front if you want a drink while you wait 15 minutes for your food if their drive-thru line is long. The employees are usually nice and pretty funny too, especially the young Asian gentleman who I only see on the weekends. My ice coffee is always good but my sausage wraps are either well-cooked and toasty or slimy and warm. It has its on and off days when it comes to both time and quality

This morning I ordered the same coffee I order everyday. My iced coffee tasted burnt so I went back and told them nicely there was something wrong with it. The older blonde woman was so rude about it. She remade it after rolling her eyes and giving attitude. I got my new coffee and it tasted the same, burnt. I told her and I said try a little bit of the iced coffee because I’m telling you there is something wrong she then rudely replied I don’t like iced coffee. This was the most unprofessional experience I have ever experienced. This is my go to dunks and I usually tip $1-$2 everyday… I will never go to that location or any of the other ones affiliated with this one again. Do better
