If you ever order for multiple people and you don’t find out they mess up the other people’s order after you arrived to your home/work you are pretty much screwed. They will not refund you the money over the phone. You will have to go back and get your refund in person. So either taste everyone’s drink to make sure they’re done right before you leave the store or expect to drive back for your refund. Come on Dunkin. Fix this policy. Service: 1
