The past 3 times I've ordered a dozen donuts at this location, they are out of chocolate frosted with sprinkles and strawberry frosted with sprinkles. Every. Single. Time. and I don't actually find this out until after ordering and arriving to pick up the order. This past time after finding out I can't get these donuts, I went inside to make my picks from a slim selection. After making my selection, I proceeded to wait 20 minutes for the sandwiches that were also a part of my order. While waiting, I watched another customer come in and wait to order at the register for 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged her. To top it all off, this is what our sandwiches looked like. I was so excited for this Dunkin to open. Things were not great right away, but I figured they were still working out some kinks, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Things have not gotten better, if anything they've probably gotten worse. There seems to be no system for mobile orders, or any orders for that matter. I can't tell you the number of times I've been late to work because it takes so long to get your order...

What is going on ? A latte only fills 1/3 of the cup..after us standing there for a good 15 minutes waiting for other drinks and food they thought about asking and said they lost the ticket what did we order..we literally went in so to not wait in drive thru line..terrible experience..The only 2 pleasant helpful ones were of course my tattooed employees thanks yall ..everyone else where are u? Wife got 2 bagels and cream cheese added. The bagels where burnt and literally no cream cheese on either one. Wth is wrong with thinking this is okay to hand to your customer. It was the long haired short chubby kid that made my order and a Hispanic young dark haired kid that grabbed my bag and rolled his eyes. Like do your damn job and if you don't like it leave bud.
