Please for the love of everything TEACH YOUR AFTERNOON STAFF HOW TO MAKE A MATCHA! The morning staff is great, my matcha drink is perfect everytime. But if I go in the afternoon, its always a nasty clumpy mess that I have to fight with to get the match powder dissolved. I love matcha...
