Staff at this Dunkin is always very friendly and service is fast. This location has never let me down aside from the occasional bitter or bad coffee. This may just be due to time of day volume. Maybe the pots need to be changed more frequently. But this is my favorite Dunkin for service and staff of any I have frequented. Service Take out Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

So I noticed coffee grounds in my cup so the guy in the window took it back. I saw him take a spoon and scoop a couple out then hand it back to me.
