Tip: dont order for pick up, just drive thru. They wont acknowledge you and they’ll leave your order behind the counter while they ignore you. Food is decent at least.

This Dunkin is so unserious. Just asked to order a hot chocolate, and the young man told me with a straight face that it had been discontinued. Why would DD discontinue one of its most beloved drinks, apart from coffee? Then never take it off the menu…

This Dunkin really should be shut down! Every order of mine since they switched management and staff has been wrong. The workers are young and disrespectful. They do not believe in the customer being right. If there was a DD with a drive thru in closer proximity I would never come back. Unfortunately this is the the only DD within ten minutes of me. They cater to a certain demographic and if you do not fit that then they could care less. It’s sad. Truly.

Best experience at a restaurant in ages. The cashier was extremely pleasant and made us feel very welcome. Additionally, he helped us order instead of making us use their order screen. And the very best part was his smile. Kudos to cashier Diego.

Will never be ordering from here again, today will be my very last. This morning I ordered a chai tea latte with oat milk… one of my favorite drinks to get from Dunkin Donuts and it was the absolute worst! The drink had absolutely no chai in it. All I tasted was the oat milk. How disgusting! To make sure I wasn’t overreacting, I made my husband taste it to see. He agreed with me and said the drink was nasty. They gave me warmed up oat milk; in which I paid $6 for, are you serious? Was this some type of joke? WOW! Not to mention , the day before they messed up my order, and burnt my food that I had to throw away in the garbage. I’m not sure what’s going on with this location , but please do something! Very sad because this is the nearest Dunkin from my house, literally 2 minutes away. But I refuse to give this place any more of my money. Oh, and another thing , the lines are ridiculous here. Wait times at the drive thru are about 20-30 minutes long. Ridiculous! Please do something, bring back the old staff and management, it was a lot better then.
Not sure who exactly is running this Dunkin but absolutely no reason why on a Tuesday morning at 9am they have no croissants at all for any breakfast sandwiches no glazed donuts ready but whom ever is in charge should maybe be re trained on how to order inventory ended up having to drive 2 miles to the nearest Dunkin to get what I wanted to bring to my meeting.

This Dunkin is where I usually visit because is around my way home. The times that I visit this location is in the afternoon-evening which they've usually run out of the donuts and munchkins. Good location.

I went here to pick up my online order for the first time ever and they made it easy to retrieve it, but I forgot to ask for my donuts so I had to come back and Alex helped me out to get them really quick and had a positive attitude the whole time, keep up the good job. 👍

Every time I come to this Dunkin' I either have to wait long or my breakfast sandwich just doesn't taste right. I haven't been to this one in a while due to dissatisfaction the last time I came. I decided to go today because it was on my way to work and I wanted to be early this morning. My sweet black pepper bacon Croissant was thrown together and the bacon wasn't sweet like it normally is. It is also burnt. I didn't realize it until I was pulled in front of work and was trying to eat before going in.

I've eaten a bacon egg and cheese at pretty much every Dunkin in the D.C. metro area. This one takes the cake. I can't quite wrap my head around WHY it tasted better than the norm, Could it be the brand new equipment in this brand new location? Either way, this is a great DD.
