Stopped here as a pit stop on a longer road trip. The doors were locked but after ordering and going through the drive in, the staff let us in to use the bathroom. The store felt run down inside. 2 of my 3 breakfast wraps/sandwiches were completely cold in the center and my coffee was lukewarm at best. It also seemed like it had been made incorrectly - nearly all frothed milk and tasted like there was no coffee. I had ordered the hazelnut monthly special coffee. Very bad. Just got sourdough sandwich with egg cheese and bacon. I was in hurry and opened sandwich box already in the car. Bread and bacon were over toasted till black crust all over and bread was so hard I couldn’t even bite it. Cheese wasn’t melted, probably they forgot and added much later. No mayonnaise available at the premises. Will not order there anymore. If you go there make sure you check what you get before leaving. One star is too much. First, I waited about 5 min before one of the 4 workers I saw took my order. Then the coffee they gave me was room temperature and tasted old. I asked for another one and that was good. The food I ordered took 20 min to get to me because the workers had no idea I was waiting for it. The one worker said "sorry it's only 2 of us" that wouldn't have been an issue if they actually worked instead of chatting. Then one of there machines caught on fire. This place is a hard pass. If I could give negative stars I would. We waited 25 minutes in a drive thru you can not get out of once you're in. The girl at the other end had no clue what she was doing. She dropped my debit card on the ground. She gave me someone elses coffee. We waited another 10 minutes and the sandwiches never came. We complained so she slammed the window shut. Went inside to get my food, gave me wrong order, with a nasty attitude. Dumb chick should be fired. Never coming back here. Disgusting service. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The drive through is sketchy but the service and coffee are about what you'd expect. Our latte coffee was good too. Always enjoy stopping here for my better half to get her go to cold drink. She loves the Iced Caramel Decaf Coffee with Cream no Sugar. Sometimes the lines are a bit long going through the drive-thru, but they generally move right along. On this occasion, it took longer to get to place the order, but once placed within 90 seconds I had my drink and was on my way. Someone is going to be happy when I get home! Horrible service, we stopped here on the way home and every single worker ignored all the customers waiting at the counter instead of politely directing them to order on the kiosk. Took a very long time to get our drinks, which i get it's busy but one drink came out right away and the other took 10 minutes. The kiosk also would not take my gift card and there was no one around to help us or who would take our order at the counter. At least have the courtesy to let the customers know if you can’t take their order at the counter instead of pretending they don’t exist. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I pit stopped here on my way to NY. Had to use the facilities. Grabbed an iced coffee and half dozen donut holes. The iced coffee and donut wholes were good. The cashier that waited on me was nice and courteous. The ladies room however was totally disgusting. The toilet was clogged beyond belief. When I went to tell the young lady that waited on me of the issue all she said was, we know. Seriously? But there were other employees behind the counter chopping it up and playing on their phones. I grabbed my order and left. Won't stop in there ever again. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1

Coffee was good and so was the sandwich. But I don't know what's going on with their donut icing... It was only 68 degrees in the morning so I don't why it was all melted off in the bag after a couple minutes. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Pulling up I was confused, it said there was a drive-through but didn’t see a driveway for it. You have to go off-road and around the building that looks very sketchy. The staff didn’t seem to know what our mobile order was and I had to go through it to get all of it. Not so great coffee and more training is needed on how to make a Dunkin coffee
